Reservation Agreement
Cancellation Policy
If your stay is a week or shorter, we request a seven-day notice for cancellations. For extended RV bookings of a week or longer, a thirty-day notice is required. Cancellation fees will apply based on your specific reservation. For any cancellation questions, please reach out to us by calling the desk at (361)472-0072.
Deposit Policy
At Sunset Ridge RV Resort, we understand that planning your stay is important, and we strive to make the reservation process as smooth as possible. To secure your spot, we require a deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied to your total charges.
